Breakfast: Luo Mai Kai, 1 cup of orange juice & 1 green apple.
Lunch + early dinner: Favourite Bistro Pasta with prawns & brocolli in aglio olio, 1 green apple & 1 can of soya bean milk.
Late dinner: A few spoons of hazelnut ice-cream.
Output: 9 hours of standing/walking/running.

Wondering why I get to have ice-cream during late dinner? Well, we are very mischievous. HEHEHE.
I can sense that the girls at Bistro is having a 'buffet' in the kitchen now. LOL.
Well, my 1 month break starts now. I feel so free! It has been a zillion years ever since I felt free.
But I will not forget them. I will visit.
I've got many things on my mind now, but I don't know how to express it here. Maybe some other time.
I realised that I got my character from my Dad.
This is random but just some family issues.
I had enough of tearing or almost tearing. Very torturing indeed.
I want to stop this. I wish I can.
